I ordered Nature's Acai Berry on 2/13/09. I received it at my home on 2/26/09. I called to cancel my account on 2/27, but could not get through on their phone lines. I tried again on 2/28 and still could not get through (after being on hold for 35 minutes!). I finally got on operator on 3/3 and she didn't let me talk. She said they were busy and someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. Nobody called me so I called again on 3/5 and cancelled the account. I got my credit care bill today and GUESS WHAT???
