My husband requested a PediPaws order. It came in at twice the amount he said he had paid for it. Much to our surprise, we then received another (unrequested) order. I refused the additional order and returned it on 10/03/08. Upon my first call (at the end of October), I was told they had just received the package on 10/27. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund. After 14 days, I called again. This time I was told it would be expedited and I once again, would have the refund within 14 business days.
