I ordered my product on the 2/23 and waited for it to arrive. A week later, the website still said "payment received", not "shipped". I sent an email to customer service and got no response. I sent another one and told them that I need a refund or I will charge it back. Still, no response on 3/10. Still shows that it has not been shipped.
