used my walmart moneycard to pay entergy bill, but i keyed in incorrect zip code . the money was approved by walmart moneycard, but the entergy matrix payment center got a decline. when i tried to get walmart money card to reverse transaction (i had matrix bill pay fax a document stating they didnt get an approval ) they said that i would have to wait 10 days for authorization to fall off before they would put MY MONEY back on the card. This is a prepaid debt card. To make a long story short..no more money to pay electric bill.so i won't have lights and no buddy cares!! Only they were sorry they couldnt help me. read full review »
