Strongly recommend that you use Paypal to pay for any products ordered from this company. I waited several weeks for my product - and did not get responses to numerous emails. (other than their automated "processed" reply.) Finally - after I filed a complaint with Paypal - then all of a sudden they were responsive - and eventually shipped my product. I believe this only happened as a result of the Paypal complaint. read full review »
