I purchased a 2008 Mazda CX9 and was offered a $500 free gas certificate at the time of purchase. I've sent in my $100 monthly Shell gas purchase receipts since 1/09 and have not received any $25 gift card as promised by the dealer. The 888 phone number for inquiry with Free Gas Redemption based in Florida is always busy signal or a message saying they are too busy to answer calls. Is this a scam or not? read full review »
