I had recently gone through lot of pain insults and untruthful behaviour from customer service of T-Mobile. Ultimately I gave up since they are determined to coverup some billing and reporting defects for which I was a victim. For the month of January 2009, I was constantly told that I have not exceeded my 1000 minutes family plan, but after 10 days the end of the billing Cycle I was slapped with a bill that said I overshoot by 400plus minutes.
