Citi bought my loan 3 yrs ago. Since then I have had ZERO customer service. No one is ever available to talk to you when you need something, phone lines and fax lines dont work, no one ever has any information... And here is the kicker: The modifications and/or hardship assistance program is a farce: THERE IS NO HELP FOR HOMEOWNERS IN CRISIS! I have owned this home for 8 years and up until a bad business investment 3 yrs ago, I have had excellent credit. Now that i am a hardship situation ( LIKE SO MANY ARE!) ty refuse to help or modify.
