I ordered a new dell computer in November, 2007. I have sent in my paperwork for it to be shipped, months ago. Made numerous phone calls to them to get a shipping date, no information has been given to me. I have gotten the runaround everytime i call they say it may be being shipped as we speak. I have paid over $1700 and have nothing to show for it and no one will tell me when i will get the computer. They are advertising faulse information, it is not as they tell you when you order the computer. It is a Big RIPOFF. read full review »
