I sent for Brothers and Sisters series, 1 and 2 on 2/11/09. After awhile, when I did not receive them, I called their 800 number. They assured me the DVD'S were shipped. They asked me to give them until 'Monday.' I did that. They sent another E-mail saying they were 'sorry' they could NOT process my order. Remember, they told me the DVD'S were already shipped!
