I don't even know where to begin. It all started out nice enough, a company that said it puts its Associates first (though we haven't heard that in over a year) and then it went down hill from there. The company, which is an outsourcing call center for several big named companies, make drastic changes to company policy, I.E. call times being shortened, or schedule demands being changed, then blames it on the customer we are taking the calls for.
