Ordered a CD on-line to assist me in writing a government grant.Received nothing. Except a charge on my credit card. After 3 days which was promised for arrival. I shut down my credit card. Got the bill with a phone number no one answers or a busy signal sounds. What a rip. What can I do? My credit card will not pay them if the order was over $50.00. It wasn't. How many people are getting ripped off. Call me stupid. I checked the website with snopes. There was nothing on it, so thought it must be safe. read full review »
