I recently ordered RayBans and received the wrong RayBan item, I was told to return them and the shipping cost would be paid for by them. I later contacted this Stanley character who informed me that the item that I ordered was no longer in stock or made, and that a refund of sunglasses was being issued. I then asked him about the returned shipping charges being credited at which time he became very unprofessional and sarcastic.
