I was charged $74.95 for Grant Writing Express membership #1020185 in spite of the fact that I canceled it because I did not receive the promised 'free Grant Info CD' within the promised seven days. Cancellation was hard to do because Grant Writing Express refused to answer their so-called customer service cancellation phone number in time for people to cancel!
