Who are these people? I had $14.95 taken from my account. I ordered some flowers from Pro Flowers.com, since receiving that order I've had $83.33 taken from my account and now this $14.95 taken. I will never order flowers again from Pro Flowers.com. I want my money back and shame on you scamming people.
