I was charged an annual renewal fee without notice, when I hadn't intended or authorized such a charge. It was refunded after I called Norton at 877-294-5265 and they were very nice about it, but I had to wait on hold for half an hour and the whole automatic renewal deal is pretty shady. read full review »
