Well I was a customer for 3 years. All I have to say is that after you get your new hair and wear it for one month, the hair starts getting very dry and brittle and starts falling out of the hair system. I called and complained many many times. Kelly the manager in New Haven also made me feel like it was my fault. She would always say that I was not using enough of their products.
