On 10/21/09 I placed an order for and paid for a Samsung cellphone pouch. After two weeks the order was still showing as "being processed" on the company's website. I cancelled the order 11/5/08. I have received neither the item nor a refund. I have sent several emails and have left numerous phone messages asking for a full refund but have been virtually ignored. read full review »
