We ordered Loud & Clear Sound Amplication devices on January 21, 2009 and have not received them even after several phone calls. While these were advertised at $19.95 plus shipping for two sets, we paid nearly $40 after we were encouraged to buy expedited shipping. They totally dropped the ball on this. They have an excuse for the delays every time we call them. They also agreed to ship via UPS last week BUT failed to follow through on that. We are still out our $40 and don't have our product.
