I placed an order with Steinhausen Overnight back in March of 2008. My credit card was immediately billed through PayPal even though the item I ordered was back ordered. I decided to let it ride for several months of promises that "it would only be another month" before they could fill my order. In October, I decided ot give up and requested a refund.
