I have been on a merry go round with BA's Executive Club based in USA since last November. Three of us flew from JFK to Gatwick and back to Bermuda last November. Only my three year old daughter got her miles automatically. I got my miles after repeated requests and repeated providing of documentation. Four months later I'm still trying to get miles for my wife (only 25% of actual miles). The account has been changed to her married name after I sent in a ream of documentation.
