I placed an order for a Franke hood after verbal assurance that the item was in stock at Franke and I could expect delivery within 2 weeks. Now, one month later, I have no hood and Ira Woods has no idea when the item will ship. Worse, they take neither responsibility nor any action. The irony is that I placed the order at Ira Woods despite a $300 higher price, which I was willing to pay for excellent service. You cannot trust or depend on these folks, and their higher pricing buys the customer NOTHING. read full review »
