My mortgage has been non-serviced since PHH acquired it from US Bank. From payments not being applied to my account, inaccurate credit reporting, request for service being ignored, and their chief legal council calling my minor child a b*tch for answering the pone. I have had nothing but frustration with this organization and advise everyone to avoid using them. read full review »
