I just had success in canceling my Total Cleanse order. I was super anxious after reading all of the issues with contacting the company, so I got on the chat line at http://www.ebizprogram.com/cpage.aspx?name=chatlive and called 1-800-903-3002. I was hold on both for about 20 minutes. The Rep on the phone responded first and I received a cancellation notice via email within minutes. Being the anal person that I am, I asked the Chat rep to confirm the cancellation in her system and she confirmed it. I, also, received a transcript of the session. Be patient.
