The dirty Mercury Mariner I received for rental ended up with a A/C condenser leak. After calling Enterprise emergency services, they towed the car which broke down leaving me stranded. They offered to have a car for me first thing Monday morning. By Monday evening they still did not have a car as promised. Budget rental saved me.
