we bought hottub on ebay from them. paid 245.00 to upgrade the color of tub and the color of wood skirting. they didnt upgrade color. I made NUMEROUS phone calls to them about refunding our money for upgrade. always told it will be sent in a couple weeks. never recieved refund. also was supposed to send us a new cover to replace the wripped one they sent us. stereo didnt work & never received the steps. now hot tub doesnt work, we need warranty work done on it & they apparently arent in business now. we cant find parts for it to fix... read full review »
