11/18/2008 i ordered cell phone, blue tooth headset, a hard case and data cable.first it was backordered then finally the cellphone arrived with a big crack i the screen, i emailed cusstomer service and finally theysent me a #RMA so i could get a different one, is sent it back at my cost, i have never received the bluetooth headset or hard case. and after they recieved the cell phone back they said they would give me a refund, which has never appeared, so i am out $151.15 and this was supposed to be my sons big surprise at christmas. i have... read full review »
