They have been repeatedly been contacted that they have not completed the contract but since in December 2008 they have yet to provide the local channels for this local or offered a reduction of pricinging. In fact they are charging over 30 dollars more than the agreement stated. They hang up on me when I contact them regarding the situation. I have offered not to press charges due to the problem but nothing has been offered as a restitution for the excessive charging! read full review »
