I ordered 2 dvd's from this site 20 days ago and never received them. I left multiple recordings on their answering service and sent several emails and never heard back, and yes every time i called it was between their business hours. On their site it states that 'if you don't receive your purchase within 15 days to email us'. It's now been 20 days and i didn't just not receive them but i never was contacted back to my calls or emails. Thank you very much! read full review »
