After reading so many of the other complaints. Mine is very close to the others except, I paid my warranty in full over $2000 and then I sold my vehicle before the warranty was expired so my husband and I requested a refund. I played by the rules, I paid my payment on time every single month. When I canceled the warranty, I again played by the rules, I wrote a letter explaining everything and now I am playing the waiting game.
