They were hired to fix my furnace. I had concerns they hadn't really fixed the problem. The service manager Jimmy assured me that he would stand behind the work and if the problem reoccured they would fix it for no cost. the problem reoccured a month later and suddenly they don't work on furnace anymore. he said he would contact my home owners insurance and have them waive the fee to send out a contractor. i called the insurance company and there was no record of the call and they would not waive the service fee. so i called him back... read full review »
