After first notifying BW that 16 pages were missing from my March 9 issue, I was instructed to go to the web site for the content. The content on the web site is not listed in the same order or categories, and of course isn't much fun to look at, so I requested a replacement issue or a download of the PDF. They have informed me that even though I've paid for my subscription and they sent an incomplete copy, I will have to pay an additional $4.99 to download a PDF so I can see what was missing from my magazine. I've tried repeatedly to reason with customer service, but receive the same response, so I thought I'd try this approach. read full review »
