I put the purchase order on broadbandoffers.com after my husband and I moved to our new place. Their packages arrived really late and we installed AT&T instead. So I contacted broadbandoffers to cancel the order as we have not received it. However they still shipped it to us, and after we paid out of pocket shiped the modem back to them, we were told that the modem was damaged, so NO refund! The company is really bad, they can't even tell me why and where it is damaged. the package is not opened! I will NEVER EVER have anything to do with broadbandoffers and comcast any more! read full review »
