It happened to me. Sucked in by the low price. Placed an order for a Canon Camcorder on February 28th. It never shipped, and no one at Close out Genius wanted to follow up on the transaction. The line was always busy, and when I did get through, I was passed around from department to department and then back again. Watch out for William at extention 202.
