I am writing this complaint to educate people to not waste your time going to this agency. Right now in Oregon we have the worst unemployment rate of any state in the Union. 35% of resumes and applications are never opened or looked at and if you add that to the 18%-24% unemployment rate that they know about then you have a true real rate of close to 50%. This company is nothing but Satan. I went there to originally apply in 1997 when my dad was killed in a horrible car accident back in Oklahoma where I grew up before coming to Oregon to live in 1991. At that time I was emotionally distrout and my mother was not doing well either from the car wreck but is alive today thank the Lord. I have been attending this computer school since the second week of December and have been trying to learn Excel. The office of Vocational Rehabilitation is paying for the school due to the physical disabilities I have as well as some learning disabilities that I have caused from a nervous breakdown as well as two car accidents I was in that are not my falt as well as a home accident I was in that knocked out my knees for good never to be fixed. I went to this Walgreens store for the first time in a long time because I live two blocks from the Cedar Mill Walgreens. I went there with my mother because we had to do some shopping at a sporting goods store for my brother. I love candy hearts and when my local grocery store and drug store ran out of them the Monday before valentines day and both told me they were no longer going to get any more in or every carry them again. I suffer from severe arthritis and it is not as if I can go very many places at all since I use a walker. Because of this, I went online to find a company to buy some.
