I was told by Directv salesman that my first month's bill would be $52.99, and it was. I was told that for 5 months thereafter it would be $19.99 and for 12 months thereafter it would $29.99. The second bill was for $42.99 so I emailed them and told them of their mistake. We've been battling ever since. I turned them into the BBB and got a response that they would kindly sign me up for $18.99 a month for 12 month rebate (of which I was NEVER told about) and thereafter I would have to pay $52.99 for the remaining 6 months.
