I purchased a hot air balloon ride through 1800SkyRide on October 9, 2006 for my wife's birthday on October 17, 2006. We found out about a high-risk pregnancy on October 16 and were not allowed to use the serve per doctor's order. We called the business and requested a refund. They said that they wouldn't give us a refund, but instead, a gift certificate for use within 2 years (10-9-2008).
