I have prepaid 25.00 on my long distance account through Global Link and the money is not showing on my account, I have called the customer service number several times and it transfers you to an automatic call back system (NEVER GIVING OPTION TO HOLD) well the automatic system is to call you back within 2 hours or you need to call them again...they have called me back twice now and I have answered both times by the second ring but they have already hung up...This is B.S.
