In November 2008 I was quoted $123.15 and 5-7 days to fix a broken mirror. 3 months later, I still do not have my mirror as yesterday I refused to pay the $236 they are now trying to charge me. It was explained to me that $236 is for "missed deliveries", which means that twice their delivery guy came to my house - but not at our scheduled time.
