We are an electrical contractor in Concord, CA and we have done work for this company and have submitted signatures and invoices to be paid. They have not paid, they will not return phone calls, they avoid letters. They are very good at being vague. I have called the homeowners that we did the work for on behalf of NHP and they cannot get ahold of NHP either. This is ridiculous they need to pay there contractors. Silverado Valley Electric P.O.
