The airline agency "Isha Travels" cheated us $1780. We booked a ticket to India through this agent for my wife and son to travel from US to India on Nov 3rd. I request them to book the ticket so that I can change the dates of travel. The agency booked the ticket. My wife could not travel on that day. So we asked the agent if we could cancel the Ticket.
