Company offered Free Trial. The Free Sample was not delivered. I then saw my bank account was charged for one bottle of Acai XL and one bottle of cologenix. Two days later the product came. When I called to complain, the customer rep said the matter was handled and I would receive my refund in full, as per their guarenteeShortly thereafter two NEW charges for one bottle of each appeared. Two days later two more bottles came. I refused delivery and the Post Office sent them back. I'm now being told that I "did it wrong" so they don't have to pay a refund.
