I had a trial sent to my home. I tried it for the full month and lost no weight at all, not one pound. I received a second bottle in the mail before the 14 day initial trial period was even over. I sent it back unopened and wrote, "refused - cancel" on it. I figured that would be enough to be cancelled and lo and behold, another bottle was shipped to me!
