i ordered a cd with grant information for $2.29 (shipping charge) and my credit card was charged $39.95 in unauthorized charges. i called the company and they said that I didn't cancel my order before the trial period expired. the email receipt that i received from them says nothing about canceling my order or I will incur other charges. they told me i would be charged other charges for other services and i told them i wanted a refund and nothing else charged. they said they couldn't do that. read full review »
