I have read over 100 complaints that read all the same. Unfortunately, I made the exact same mistake that everyone else did before I READ ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS. I ordered the "free trial" and got charged the $4.99 shipping and handling charge. And, I am fine with that. Once I received the produtct I looked at the paperwork that was sent with the product...AND nowhere does it say anything about calling and canceling within 15 days.
