I am very upset with this company because there should b charges against a company who misleads borrowers who go through hardships or whatever and trust businesses to help you and they scam u. My situation was exacty the same . I receive information from this company including phone calls from a David Essbay and a David Calvert expressing that they can get me a modification for my loan providing that i send a fee of 1500 dollars.
