I phoned DHL on the 12th March regarding a document going to Madagascar via UK-i was told that the shipment will be onforwaeded on the 12th March at 08h51 to Madagascar, much to my surprise the goods has not been received in Madagascar as yet and DHL South Africa says that THEY CANNOT assist because it was sent from outside of South Africa and there is no way that they can contact DHL in the UK or Madagascar to assist me.I also phone and after hearing the options and choosing one they drop the call and this happens everytime i phone DHL what do i do ! read full review »
