I had called to make a change to our home owners ins and was told i was not able to make any change that i was not on the account i told my husband and he called citimortgage and told them to put my name on this account so that i could make any changes that we saw fit and we were told they would send a paper for him to sign to update our information and never received anything and when we call we better have at least a hour or two to be on the phone and we have two homes and the one is with another company and we never had an trouble with them... read full review »
