We ordered this product and received it on January 8, 2009. We had 30 days to return it . After looking it over for a day or so we decided to return it. We emailed them using their return site online and got a number to call. Called that number and got a message and left a message. We receved a call back but were not available. We called back again and never got a live person. This went on back and forth for 2 weeks. All we wanted was the address to send the product back and we had to go through all of this to get that.
