I have never had such a horrible experience with any company in over 15 years of buying furniture. Delivery has been delayed twice, which took over 6 months and then the order was wrong and reordered. I was told that the reorder would be expedited and instead of taking the 3 months that they told me, they are estimating it to be 5 months. I have never heard anything so ridiculous. I would never buy anything else from Natuzzi nor would I ever refer them to family or friends. In this economy I don't think they are getting a flood of order... read full review »
